According to the latest Assintel 2015 report on IT market in Italy, the forecast of this year looks positive with 0.8% expected growth. The total IT expenditure should reach 24.701 mil €. In particular software is expected to reach 5.020 mil € (+2.7%) whose 2.687 mil € are referred to Application Software (+2.9%). In this field IoT, Digital Marketing, Big Data and Analytics are the fastest growing segments.
A particular attention must be given to Cloud services (i.e. IaaS, Paas and SaaS) which accounts for 1.428 mil € in 2015 with an outstanding growth of 28% vs. 2014. (Source Assintel: http://www.assintel.it)
